It’s 2am in the morning, but I forced myself to run and have just finished burning off 800 calories.
I’m going to do this.

Last week I just got myself into such a mess from overeating and not dealing with the extra calories on the same day, so I’d always be over on calories each day and constantly be trying to exercise the debt off while accumulating more from that day’s food, and I failed miserably by the end of the week to make it balance out, so this time I thought it’s now or never and just forced myself to do it! It wasn’t so bad, just watched grey’s anatomy late night re runs and tried not to fall asleep on the cross trainer!
