Working out yesterday didnt work out.
GODDAMMIT.
We went to get the leather corset for my halloween
costume and couldnt find one ANYWHERE!
Sucks.
But i found this super cute one that is silky deep purple.
So i think ill just be a stripper or prosistute or something along the lines.
But so i want to lose at least a little weight and tone up.
Just so i dont have cottage cheese legs in a
leopard print mini skirt. =/

So i need some tips on toning thighs..? PLEASE.

So now i need to get stuff for my diet.
Theres nothing healthy in my house and its hard to eat healthy when healthy food doesnt exsist in my house hold.
Shit.
But yeah since shopping ran late yesterday we are going straight to
the college after school so we dont get tired and worn out.

and try doing squat jumps or something, for your legs.

Squats, Lunges, etc are great fir the legs! I would look on a fitness magazine website, and search for leg exercises (Fitness, Shape, Self, Women’s Health, etc) Good Luck!

swimming is great for getting rid of the lumpy look, really smoothes you out!!! Good luck!!!
