Im having heart surgery this month. both my valves removed. When I first got checked in May I was 218. I am now 209:) I quit heavy eating at night, I can no longer drink and eat mostly cereal now and save my big meal at dinner but I still struggle. There also was a time I tipped the scales at 238. taking care of yourself WORKS. you don’t have to kill yourself. you have to put on your cals in the morning, follow the four food groups and excersis as best you can. No trends, no feminist ego, no excuses. Of course it’s tough and nothing wrong with an occasional slip but you just get back at it. losing weight is NOT a competition or some defense shield. it’s your HEALTH and you can’t screw with it.
