I had stuck to my plan 100% for this whole week until last night, where at the last minute a friend convinced me to go to a party, which wasn’t the problem because I managed to eat and drink nothing there, but when I got home after midnight I (of course!) headed straight to the kitchen and ate two massive bowls of cereal followed by a giant hot chocolate with milk. And then I did no exercise (I’d planned to do it in the evening, but then let myself get persuaded to go to the party).
So.
Now my week is ruined! RUINED!
I think I can reverse the damage if I exercise 1000 calories off today and eat only 800. Which is ridiculous. But this is what you get if you have NO will power!
It was all going so well!

No, your week is not ruined. You’ve had a little slip-up. You cannot “catch-up” on your plan, it just means you will have to carry on a little longer.
You don’t have “NO” willpower: You have a lot (went through a party without eating), you just got tired and ate something when you shouldn’t have.
