jenny bean is loving the synchronicity
and bringing my lunch to work! I’ve cooked pork-chops in grand marnier sauce, mashed potatoes with horseradish, quesadillas with black beans, cheese, green onions tomatoes and sour-cream – and fresh fruit every day! Last week I made a huge pot of vegetable minestrone which lasted for 4 days. For breakfast (for me anyways) oatmeal with flaxseed has been working really well; it fills me up and keeps me feeling good for hours! The gala apples from Yakima fruit market have been especially delicious the past couple weeks; I have one or two every day.
