Its everywhere!

My thighs, my hips, my stomach!

Yet I still make cakes and buy nutella by the boat load.

Ugh. I can’t DO this anymore.

hello :-) I hope you feel better today! I know it’s so tiring, but the truth is that cakes (and nutella) are just sooo good. I’m sure a lot of people would be tempted to say the key is in moderation but that’s one concept I have not yet managed to get my head around!!

Yeah the moderation thing, Once I’ve started, I can’t stop!

It’s so annoying because I know If I just never started in the first place I’d be fine. but I can never seem to just take my own advice :/
