hello
well—- yesterday my friend sleptover my house and she is incredibly skinny; and the crap thing is; is that she is naturally this way! she can eat whateverr she wants and not get fat// this motivated me to try to lose weight again. i always struggle to stay focused on my goal and i usually give up within the first couple of weeks but i am honestly determined not to let this happen again!
i have made a journal for my progress on this endeavour; i am currently 49kg and around 5ft tall but i want to lose at least 9 kilos so i’ll be forty! i checked what the BMI would be for me to have a healthy weight and forty kilos is normal for my height.
i REALLY want to achieve this; as summer is coming up and i’m going on holidays to the philippines—it would be interesting to see everyones reactions to my weight loss __
i am not actually fat—but i could use toning up and to just lose that extra bit of flab.

yesterday i had 1023.5 calories but today i have only had 117 calories and it’s already 3:07pm!
if i just don’t eat anything for the rest of the day—i’ll be all set (y)
some people say i look like vanessa hudgens- and i honestly think she is stunning! if i could just lose enough weight to look like her i’d be happy (:
if anyone has any tips or tricks to quick weight loss i’d really love to hear it n___n
