lose weight (read all 3 entries…)

hello
well—- yesterday my friend sleptover my house and she is incredibly skinny; and the crap thing is; is that she is naturally this way! she can eat whateverr she wants and not get fat// this motivated me to try to lose weight again. i always struggle to stay focused on my goal and i usually give up within the first couple of weeks but i am honestly determined not to let this happen again!

i have made a journal for my progress on this endeavour; i am currently 49kg and around 5ft tall but i want to lose at least 9 kilos so i’ll be forty! i checked what the BMI would be for me to have a healthy weight and forty kilos is normal for my height.
i REALLY want to achieve this; as summer is coming up and i’m going on holidays to the philippines—it would be interesting to see everyones reactions to my weight loss __

i am not actually fat—but i could use toning up and to just lose that extra bit of flab.

yesterday i had 1023.5 calories but today i have only had 117 calories and it’s already 3:07pm!
if i just don’t eat anything for the rest of the day—i’ll be all set (y)

some people say i look like vanessa hudgens- and i honestly think she is stunning! if i could just lose enough weight to look like her i’d be happy (:

if anyone has any tips or tricks to quick weight loss i’d really love to hear it n___n

To speed things up keep hydrated, so drink a lot more water and up your cardio work out. That’s what burns calories. Try to burn more calories in a day than you take in, that will really make you lose weight. Shape magazines website has a great tool that tells you how many cals different things for different amount of times burn. Cut down on fats and sugars in your diet and eat alot of veges and fruits.

Try a REAL diet!

Sometimes making a permanent change to your diet is best – people often loose weight only to regain later.

I would never try not to eat my favorite foods to look better – because I would probably be unsuccessful. lol Unless my doctor told me I was eating my way to diabetes or some other health problem, few things seem worth that trade.

Try a diet that will not only make you thinner but healthier overall – or anything that does more than just makes you look better. I’m still not super health conscious (in any way) but I’m a vegetarian because I think it’s wrong (unless you have health reasons to do so) to eat meat. I’m against animal cruelty, especially factory farms – ewwwwwww.

When I became a vegetarian I lost quite a bit of weight (accidentally) without making any other changes to my diet.

Things like more energy, and the rights of animals are worthy of the trade to me. The vegetarian diet is a diet I hope I never get off of! Find a way to eat that makes you feel that way.

Got a short attention span? – cut down on food additives and dyes.
Do you snack exessively on junk? – Keep things to satisfy your hunger and MAKE YOU SMARTER AND HEALTHIER on hand, like, nuts and berries.
Care about animals? – Go VEG!!!
