Well I’ve started training this week, i do 30 min of hard weight training 4 times a week and try to run or ride my bike 4 times a week to keep up my fitness.
The hardest thing for me is trying to eat more, i trying for 6 meals a day and it is hard to be strict with work and having to cook all the time.
I started a chart that i will record my weight gain and size of my arms, chest legs etc.
Im 63kg at the moment, so 73 HERE I COME!!!
