I took a pumpkin pie recipe and instead filled the dough with the pumpkin pie mixture. Basically made pastries. The recipe included adding Granny Smith apples to the pie filling. They were a big hit both times I’ve made them.

Sure, I got the recipe from here:

I used Pillsbury ready-made pie crust, and cut each crust into quarters. Then, put a heaping spoonful of pie filling in each before folding and securing the edges shut.
