Lunch: Salad with broccoli, 1 egg white, artichoke hearts & asparagus
Snack: 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Dinner: Steamed Vegetables
Dessert: 1 piece of fruit & tea with tsp sugar
If I go to the gym I am going to consider this a “perfect” day!
