GW #1: 124 by October 11th

Ok!! Just 1 more day to go, I need to hang in there! Patience is a quality with which I could really do, so I’ll stick to my current plan until my weigh-in tomorrow.

Plan: keep going, stay on track, refuse/save any snacks, eat only what you brought in. New plan tomorrow!!!

thank you!! I’m really glad tomorrow’s Saturday so I can get out and do stuff as opposed to sitting here obsessing about how to keep this weight off and lose more!!
