lose weight (read all 114 entries…)

ah today it was a new low for me…i’m pretty happy about it! i can’t believe i have hit the 25 lb mark (just seemed sort of impossible i think when i first started) but yeah, 10.5 more!

i just hope it’s continual and no deprivation – i’ve still been having my bites of cookie dough ice cream (& pumpkin too!). :D

ever since i decided to lose the weight (for good) i’ve really tried not to tell myself ‘no’ because then it’s not a lifestyle but a diet, and that’s no fun. diets = a cranky me :p

oh yeah and can i just say your running blogs are like inspirational memoirs! i thought about doing the couch to 5k program just recently too but it’s hard to see myself getting into a routine. you are like, on fire lady! congratulations with everything! :D
