Ok so now on to the next step. For the next week, I’m going to do something which I have never done before: maintain my weight! So in a week’s time, I aim to weigh the same as today. I really need to do this for my mental health, to do away with fears of fluctuations, water weight, sodium and all that. This will be my little prize – not a binge, but eating normally for a few days, so about 700-800 calories more than I’ve been allowing myself (that’s a huge prize!) with a view to ultimately achieving a healhy relationship with food. I have a long way to go, but all I can do is to take it one step at a time.
The plan:
FOOD: up to 2050 calories/day, anything you like
EXERCISE: 450 calories/day, a min. total of 3150 this week
