Week 4-2 of Couch to 5K
I’m amazed that I have stuck with this for as long as I have. I came in from running last night and realized that I really felt good, and I had run more than I think I ever have before. Mileage wise, I probably still need some distance, but I’m traveling (running and walking) about 2.4 miles a day.
I’ve signed up for a race in December, and will probably be signing up for one that takes place a month from now. I’m really doing this!
