But I want to continue until I feel comfortable & look good naked! I read that book YOU on a diet by Dr. Oz & Dr. Roizen. Finally, a meal & exercise plan that i not only enjoy, but now its just a habit. The weight just keeps coming off! Its alot of hard work cooking everything from scratch, but i follow the 80/20 plan, meaning 80% of the time I eat right, then when I want something that is processed or has sugar in it, i use the 20% of the time. :) I dont Feel deprived.
