reasons to keep asthma under control 14 months ago

1. will make me literally a more happy person—absolutely, literally. (Asthma can contribute to sadness/helplessness/hopeless feelings)
2. live a longer life
3. live a healthier life
4. able to do more, be more energetic to do more
5. able to dance (stamina)
6. more oxygen to brain =s maybe better thinking, writing, and creating

You're gonna think I'm nuts....

I’m taking bagpipe lessons and two out of the 8 people in the class had severe asthma before they started playing, and since, they’ve had no attacks. Don’t know if there is any scientific validity to playing a wind instrument, but I picked up a harmonica (where there is inhaling as well as exhaling to play) in the hopes of helping my breathing while I run.
Just something different to think about…
