You're gonna think I'm nuts....
I’m taking bagpipe lessons and two out of the 8 people in the class had severe asthma before they started playing, and since, they’ve had no attacks. Don’t know if there is any scientific validity to playing a wind instrument, but I picked up a harmonica (where there is inhaling as well as exhaling to play) in the hopes of helping my breathing while I run.
Just something different to think about…
