I lost over the course of 2 years approx. 90 pounds. I started very small and basic steps. I quit using the remote control (which led to my watching less and less TV), I parked in the spot farthest from my destination’s door, I quit drinking my calories, saving them for the very important foods i didn’t want to live without. I tried a different diet a month, to keep variety, I learned to not HAVE to have dessert with every meal, and I learned to have dessert as my meal. i moved more, I have put back on about 30 pounds, but it is still 60 less than where I’d been, and I knowI can do it, and so can anyone else.

Wow. Thats awesome. I`m might try your idea, but I don`t need to lose a lot. I just need about 13 more lbs to go before I am not overweight.
keep going
Good for you. It’s a long road, I know, but it you take it a little at a time, as you have been, I know you can do it. What works for me is no sugar, no flour. It’s easy to do the no sugar, but the no flour is hard because so many things are made with flour.
Anyway, good luck. I want to lose about 8 more pounds and I think I can do it if I just stay away from sugar.
