I love the fair, it comes once a year, its just has so much to do. I tell you you really spend to much money at the fair but its the place to go. I can see all the great stuff from everywhere. We ride a couple of rides play a couple of games and eat like 4 times in a day. But it is wonderful. This year I brought a cooler with water it saved me because even though its not over 100 it is still dehydrating. But my favorite part of the day is watching the cooking demo with waterless cookware from Kitchen Craft. You have to learn to cook on low to med heat and it still cooks faster than regular cooking. It is some expensive equipment but worth it.
