I dreamed of being a slave. It reminded me of the Jewish people and the Holocaust. I was treated better than most people as a lady took me aside to organize books on a shelf. I’m not sure if the people around me hated me or if they were just curious as they’d talk to me or try to get my attention as they went by through the halls.
