Quit sugar
So addicting! 14 months ago

I was recently able to really cut back on sugar to lose weight but as soon as the weight was gone, I reintroduced sugar to my diet. It makes me feel tired, lazy and groggy so I don’t even know why I’d want it? It’s just a stupid addiction and I’m not going to let something as silly as that interfere with the the quality of my life by making me fat and tired. Duces dulce!
