We aim to adopt two kittens 14 months ago

We’d much rather adopt them from an animal shelter than from a family, but kittens aren’t always around for long, but we will try our hardest.

often shelters fill up post festive season so you might be ok,can i put in a word for the older cat/often as characterful and not so needy,love kittens but the sagggy miserable old ones are fun too!

If or when I finally get established in life, it would be cool to continually adopt old, sweet-tempered shelter dogs. Keep about 2-3 at a time, give them a good life.

Good plan

I think older cats and dogs are great, too. In fact all the pets we’ve ever had before were adults – that’s why next time I’d like some kittens. It’s something I’ve never had, apart from where our cat had kittens, but we found homes for all of them :)
