Cats are FANTASTIC! So much fun…I’ve got two and I saved them both from shelters. Get a kitten, and to teach it to come when you call it, every time you pet it make the same noise…blow kisses, say kitty kitty kitty….whatever and that will teach the cat to come when you make that noise. also, never let your kitten jump from your arms always be sure to set it down. then later on when you need to pick up your cat for some reason (to bring it in from getting out, to hold it for a doctor to examine…etc) it will remain calm and know you will set it down and it wont squirm out and get away.
