For 20 years Barack Obama followed a preacher of hate and said nothing is Wright raged against our country.

[Rev. Wright:] “Not God Bless America, God Damn America!”

[Quote of Obama] “I don’t think my church is particularly controversial.”

He built his power base in Wright’s church.

Wright was his mentor, adviser and close friend.

For 20 years Obama never complained until he ran for President.

god damn America - so what?

I can’t get my head around the problem here, Is it that a preacher used the phrase “god damn?”

We’ve heard clergy from the right and left point out again and again how America has strayed from the Christian ideals that so many state that this nation was build upon. So I don’t get why Rev Wright is any different than Jerry Falwell or that other guy whose last name begins with an H (I forget his name)?
