a 60 hour work week thru the whole summer and a knee injury have put me so far behind that there’s just no way i can get caught back up. i did run my first marathon (chicago) this year, so i have that to be proud of. but i have to give this one up. i’ll get it next year. to those of you who are making it, great job and keep it up. to the rest of you, i’‘ll see you at the “run 1000 miles in 2009” goal.
to keep up with this goal when you have a busy life. I work about 50 hours a week, so I barely manage.
