Making slow progress. Have added back 2kg back, another 3 left to put back on. My lifts are progressing, getting my bench press squats and deadlifts. Already beaten my previous deadlift of 65kg, now on 75kg, and close to beating previous squat limit of 68kg.

Just need to get more sleep and more food :)
