So jogging on the route, and the skating will help. And I’m trying to eat less and better… so I am going to try really hard to keep thinking about this goal as I’m wanting to eat lots and sit in bed watching tv for hours…

I want this really bad…

i dont think its necessarily how much you eat, btu what you eat. things that arent really high in saturated fats and calories, but that are packed with nutrients will keep you happy, full, and not gaining weight. by eating less, if it is too much less will trick your body into thinking you are starving which means it will try to store the fat it gets and you will find it harder and harder to lose weight. good luck with your goals!
