Start from the beginning. buy a cheapo jap bike 80’s cb750 or yah xs ($200.00 to $400.00) as complete as possible (with title of course), strip it apart, get rig of the standard softail, build or buy a rigid rear (mild stretch), weld on to that a set of kewl rear plungers, that would be the rear side. front would be springer front end, throw on a coffin tank, wrapped pipes (straight), mild rake, mini ape hangers, paint it all matte black… if all this works out, then it would be time to move up to a vtwin.
