I took my dad 13 months ago

to see the Sunset Idea House down near Monterey, so we got to drive around, talk about construction, and stop at a coffee shop.

Yes, it did

at least the conversation had its moments. The conversation was still generally halting and stilted, but not for the entire time so that was an improvement. Turns out we can talk about cistern design.
