I’m getting ready to go off to college next fall and I’m hoping to get into Penn. Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh. I’m going to visit this weekend and I’m hoping I like the campus, because the next two closest schools are another on in Pennsylvania and one in New York. And while NY would be fun and I’d be close to my extended family, I’d be 10 hours from home and that’s much further than where I’m willing to go.
