My sleeping has been horrible! Im lucky If I sleep 5-6 hours a night, I went to sleep at 3am and still woke up at 6! I dont understand why I cant sleep? On another note, Im so happy that I got through this week without bingeing or boredom eating! I thought that being home all week would kill me but I got alot of exercise in and I’m excited to see the scale this week.
