When I had a look at my previous entry for this goal it was written five months ago! I’ve been so up and down with this and at at times it’s been more like 4 kilos than 3. At the moment I’m about half-way there. Exercise-wise I’ve been managing 30 mins on the treadmill 5 x a week, plus some work with weights. I’ve also taken up kayaking three or four times a week which has added to my overall activity levels. I’m being more conscious about what I eat (although I have slipped up this weekend a bit…) I’m determined to get down to my goal weight by Christmas otherwise I know I’ll be in real trouble.
