Pick a specific time and stick by it, or it isn’t going to happen.

See if you can find something really enjoyable, and tell yourself you’ll go do it when you wake up, if that helps. I keep a book (okay, a collection of comics) next to my bed – encourages me not only to get up right away, but also to get to bed earlier so I can read another story from it!
