Quit Smoking
Work me Lord!!!

Ok, Ive been trying to quit smoking forever, I now keep a card with me at all times that reminds me of the reasons why i shouldnt smoke and then things that will make me vulnerable and how to control them.

Like. “If you get constipated, eat sum oatmeal”

No kidding! constipation is a huuuge nicotine withdrawal symptom.
But it’s been almost two weeks and I feel really weak sometimes. Like I could fail any minute.

Think about this. EVERY DAY WITHOUT SMOKING IS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!

and then take every day one day at a time.

and we’ll see what happens.

You know….. if you could fail at any minute…. that also means you could succeed at any minute…. : ) Not a bad way to look at it

The card thing has been useful though, I have a few, most important reasons written down…if you could come up with all the reasons that are so easy to forget those times when you get the cravings…write them down. It really helps!
