Ok, Ive been trying to quit smoking forever, I now keep a card with me at all times that reminds me of the reasons why i shouldnt smoke and then things that will make me vulnerable and how to control them.
Like. “If you get constipated, eat sum oatmeal”
No kidding! constipation is a huuuge nicotine withdrawal symptom.
But it’s been almost two weeks and I feel really weak sometimes. Like I could fail any minute.
Think about this. EVERY DAY WITHOUT SMOKING IS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!
and then take every day one day at a time.
and we’ll see what happens.
