After a few years of slowly watching the weight creep up on me and not doing anything about it, I am finally doing something! It helps that I am unemployed at the moment, and thus can easily spend an hour a day, 6 dyas a week on a workout program. I am trying to eat alot healthier, with fruits and veggies replacing my normal bread and cheese routine. My motivation, other than the obvious, is that a relative just gave me a gift certificate to a fancy department store, but I really don’t want to buy clothes (not to mention try on clothes) in my current size. The certificate expires by the end of April, so I hope that I am down two dress sizes by then, or else it’s shoes for me!
