the cold and wind here now will keep me off the real bike for a while, I’ll be back on the stationary cycle a lot more after I finish my running goal. I’m looking forward to the change, and I can always take a book or magazine to read while I’m pedaling, which is great! My boss actually has an ex-girlfriend who reads while she rides her bike on the bike path – yikes! I’m pretty sure I’d be in the hospital if I tried that!
