Nothing sticking out as the one just yet. I think we’ve got alot to do on our place in order to make it marketable. It’s not that it’s not marketable as it is, it’s just got alot of potential, and would be less of a fixer-upper if we did a few more things to make it look nice:
Paint (this is a no brainer)
floors
maybe finish the attic
