My wife and I have not shopped at Wal-Mart for two years, no effect.

You mean besides being a major factor in our trade deficit with China, executive payola scandals, no sense of ethics what so ever and being shitty to their employees?

Wallmart is shitty to their employees?
How so?
I assume they are payed. And if I’m not mistaken if they are not happy with said pay the “could” go work somewhere else.
What would be a fair pay/ benefit scale for someone working at Wallmart?
Should they make the same as say… a weilder? A computer programmer? A doctor?
Again, just wondering.

I’m not saying a cashier at walmart should be making $20 an hour. But with as much money as wal-mart makes as a company, they could afford to pay employees enough that they would have to shop at wal-mart to survive.
