Breakfast: 1 bannana & 1 shot glass of bee pollen. I cup green tea & honey.
Lunch: 2 small apples & some pre-soaked pumpkin & sunflower seeds.
Dinner: 1 small head of broccoli steamed, the peeled broccoli stalk raw, a third of a yellow sweet pepper raw, some cos lettuce raw, 1 poached salmon fillet, soy sauce over all of it…
1 cup tea & honey
total confirmed water for today: 1.5 litres perhaps 2 litres…
Should feel good tommorow….
