I TOTALLY LOVE THESE!!!

These dvd’s are the freakin greatest. They are so fun, and they give you a killer workout! Carmen is the cutest thing on the planet which adds to them as well.

I totally recommend them!! You will love them!

(P.S. Once you have them, I think DVD 1 is the funnest!)

PHEW!!!

That was quite a workout! I did DVD 1 and that was fun and felt great. Then I did the Winsor Pilates Ab Sculpting DVD. Needless to say, I am pooped!! I feel great though! I need to work out more often.
