I Feel SO Guilty 13 months ago

Today I skipped breakfast and this is what I’ve had for the whole day:
Banana
2 plums
2 satsumas
Some Pineapple
2 pieces of a chocolate bar
A wafer chocolate bar
2 crackers with peanut butter
Panini with lettuce and pepper
4 biscuits
A marshmallow chocolate biscuit thingy

I so shouldn’t have eaten the chocolate or the biscuits. My parents came back from doing a big shop, and every single week they put loads of crap in. They only come back with fruit if I ASK for it, but they never forget to buy like 6 fucking packets of biscuits. No wonder I’ve got fat these past few months. Eurgh, hate them.

and I really regretted eating the piece of fruit cake…. I was working really hard not to eat sweets for at least a month. I’m in the same boat as you.. my grandmother keeps trying to feed my these stupid fattening foods at like 8 o’clock at night. Sorry, I know i don’t know you, and I’m already spilling stuff about me. Oops….my bad.

How do you do it!!! I can’t get through the day without stuffing my fat face!!! I feel so horrid and need to lose weight…

Chew and spit

If you get a craving, don’t deny it, just grab a cup, go up to your room with whatever food and chew it then spit it out. You get the taste and stuff but without the calories. Obviously you’re still gonna end up swallowing some stuff, but that’s hardly anything compared with if you’ve spat out the equivalent of a binge. Then what I do because one time my mum caught me out and found the spat out food, pour it down the toilet then flush away. I haven’t done this in a while, but I’m gonna start doing it again. It’s amazing, and better than having to work all of the food off, or purge or even fast for a few days just to make up for what you’ve eaten, cause you haven’t actually eaten anything (well, maybe a little).
