monday 12/1 127.4
so my christmas party is less than 2 weeks away and i figure it’s a good excuse to try to get my butt back in exercise mode. starting today it’s the 12 days before xmas party workout regimen lol: at least an hour of something everyday, and i’m gonna try to mix it up so my body doesn’t get used to it..
today it’ll be running :)
B- 2 vons “O” brand flaxseed waffles w/ vanilla greek yogurt (260 cals)
L- oatmeal (160 cals)
D- gardenburger (300ish cals)
half an apple, a little pineapple (75 cals)
walnuts (200 cals)
Random After Dinner and Totally Unnecessary Meal Santanas bean/rice/cheese burrito & some chips w/ guacamole & cheese (oh lord, over 1000 i’m sure eek!)
went over to my friends. we were gonna watch a movie but she hadn’t eaten…end of story lol
but at least i made myself exercise when i got home!! it was 11:56 and i walked until 12:53.
not bad
Total- 2000+ cals
Sleep- 7 hours
Exercise- one hour walk around neighborhood
