I have been busy working in Cali, and now am home in Kentucky visiting family. All of this adds up to not a lot of bike riding. Anyhow, the other day I found an old ‘75 Schwinn Continental, and put a little money into it making it road ready, and have begun riding again. A few 15-20 mile rides. The other day I did a nice loop, 34 miles, and it pretty much killed my legs. I’m going to do the same loop today, but maybe add just a few miles to it, to keep pushing a couple boundries. I’m so glad to be riding again, though!
