I want:
an all over tan.

DocD is on the move again.
That’s where I live and work. You’d think that when I get a vacation, I’d travel to a completely different type of location, but no, I just go to a tropical island in a different country, Thailand and Indonesia being my favorites. However, there are great tropical islands all over the world. Well, not all over, of course, you have to stick to the tropic zone, Micronesia has some good spots. There are some very nice islands off of Malaysia and Borneo. The Phillies are OK. Cambodian and Burmese islands are not well equiped for the traveler and still have an air of danger. The Cooks were wonderful (the more north, the better), Fiji was so so. Singapore, the island city country, is where I want to live. On the net, check out Koh Samui, Aitutaki, Banda, Manihiki, Bunaken, Tioman, Boracay.

I think it would be wonderful to live on a tropic island year round. I have never left the USA and my husband promises to take me to Hawaii. Thanks for giving me a few places to dream about. I googled Koh Samui and am attracted to the waterfalls. I have always loved the water.
