what a month it's been

- I finished my yoga teacher training. wow, intense.
- I moved (from Oakland, across the bay to Marin County), which was a huge, emotional process for me. Leaving “Laurel Canyon” has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders.
- I ran my 10th quad dipsea. hurray!
now, I have to: do some organizing, lots of work projects, plan for a trip to UK and Spain, and finish up my Spanish class.
