ive done it twice once when i was younger and then once when i was older. looking back on the first time i did it i would recommend encouraging kids to do it. i got a letter in the mail thanking me for my hair, and it made me feel really good to know that my hair was going to a kid like me. it really gives kids an easy way to make a difference. i just remember taking really good care of my hair the last few days before i got it cut b/c i wanted the person who got it to have the best hair…i was just so proud of myself…so yeah, make it a family event…
