I just came back from Tasmania – being in the mountains and the forest made me felt so loved and very much at home. It reminded me how giving and generous nature is to us – how it embrace us, nurture us and show us the peace that we all long for.

I decided that in order to love ourselves truly and live with contentment, we must love mother Earth and be very aware of how our daily decisions affect this beautiful world. I mean, how can we not care for it as it has cared for us – it is the root of who we are – it is the root of our human existence.

So I am going to learn what I can to do the right thing by our planet, and I hope to set a good example, so everyone else will too:D
