My coffee intake would normally average out to a cup maybe once or twice a month, just when I fancy it. Tea I drink a couple of times a day, generally I drink herbal tea so that’s not so much of a problem.
Recently however, I’ve noticed myself wanting coffee a great deal more often, which I’m pretty sure I can blame on my stress levels lately (perhaps there’s another goal to make with that). I was a caffeine addict on and off during my teens (and as a result, a tetchy insomniac) so I would really like to knock this on it’s head before it starts.
