Ameji is Christmas shopping!
Well, after all the exercise regiments, and diets over the years I have finally figured out what works for me. I cut out refined sugars and bad carbs. I never lost so much weight in my life so quickly. I dropped 20 lbs in two months! Although I did do some walking and a bit of other exercise, I know my dietary changes are what made the biggest difference. And the most important thing, was that it was not just a diet. It is a true lifestyle change. I am so excited to see how much more I will be able to improve now. I need to work out more, so I can work on toning up and help keep the weight off.
