- Having fun with two of the people I love the most.
- Feeling helpful, efficient and productive at work.
- Writing a letter.
- Talking to my husband about something that has been bothering me.
- Gentle yoga, just to relax.

Yoga

is wonderful for body and mind. Lots of studies are pointing toward it helping with depression as well. Particularly poses with inversions (down dog, headstands), sun salutations, and meditative..

I am sorry it took me so long to respond back to your post. I was trying to find the article I was reading in one of my yoga journals, but I wasn’t successful in finding it. I’ll keep looking.

I remember that the article discussed sun salutations and any type of inversion (from headstands to downward dog) being very helpful for depression.

In lieu of the article, I did find a couple of links that may be helpful.
