With all the amazing food around me this season, people keep asking, “Why did you decide to start a diet NOW?” I guess people hold off til after the holidays to try and lose weight…hence New Year’s Resolutions. My answer to that question is two-fold. For one thing, I reached my limit. It doesn’t matter what time of the year it is, I need to lose weight. Secondly, I am going to Hawaii in two weeks. I want to have lost 15 lb by then (I started this diet about a week and a half ago, and I’ve lost 7 lb. so far).
Keep it up everyone, and remember the saying, “Nothing tastes as good as thin feels”!!
